It’s Friday… and You’ve Been Absolutely Awesome

Hello Reader,

How Awesome Were You This Week?

No seriously—how awesome were you?

I sent FIVE emails this week. Five. Not part of a challenge, or a topic series.

Just because I’m in this season of deep commitment and I wanted to make sure you had the resources and reminders to not just get through things, but to actually thrive and flourish—even when the world feels like it’s doing the most.

I’m proud of that.

Will I do it again next week? Eh, TBD. But this week? We did that.

Now it’s your turn.

What did you do this week that deserves a little celebration? Big or small—I want to hear about it. Send me a message. Let me hype you up!

And before you head into the weekend, here are a few mindset + stress management tips to keep your energy aligned and your nervous system in check (with love and maybe a side-eye to the nonsense):

Tonia’s Real-Life Mindset & Stress Management Tips (Because Woo-Woo Alone Won’t Cut It):

  1. Schedule your stress.
I’m serious. Pick a 10-minute window and worry hard. Stress, rant, spiral—go wild. Then when your brain tries to bring it up again at 9:30 PM? Kindly remind it the stress meeting already happened.

  2. Take a “No-People” Walk.
Not a networking walk. Not a power walk. Just… a walk where you don’t have to answer to anyone or do anything impressive. Bonus points for talking to the trees. They don’t talk back. It’s peaceful.

  3. Celebrate the absurdity.
If this week made zero sense, you’re not alone. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is laugh at (or middle finger) the chaos, pour a cup of tea (or that other stuff), and dance it out like we’re starring in our own ‘90s sitcom. Carlton, anyone?

  4. Honor what didn’t get done.
If your to-do list still has to-dos? That’s okay. You’re not a machine. You’re a human being doing your best in the middle of all this. Rest is not a reward—it’s a right.

  5. Joy counts as productivity.
You smiled? You moved your body? You didn’t throw your laptop out the window? That’s a win. Count it.

So… how awesome were you?

I genuinely want to know.

And I’ll be right here clapping for you in full standing ovation.

Here’s to ending the week proud, not just tired.

Be well. Do well.

With joy — Lots of joy!

And I'm tired of seeing it!
